Records Request

To receive a copy of a medical or incident report, an application must be submitted with a copy of your ID and payment.

    If you would like to get a copy of a fire incident report, complete this form:

 After completing the records request application (for a Fire Incident Report, PCR, etc..) you must email the application to
    jgibeaut@northstarcsd.org.

    NOTE:  Please be advised that reports are generally available in approximately two weeks, depending on the date of the incident.

Subpoenas

Please serve all subpoenas (depositions and records) for Department-related incidents to the Northstar Fire Department (Station #31, 910 Northstar Drive, Truckee, CA 96161) during office hours: 

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
